Our Sport Horse Breeding Program

Gateway Farm's broodmares are athletic and pass their movement, talent and disposition to their offspring. Temperament is the number one desired quality. Horses produced at Gateway Farm are easy to handle, yet have that "controllable energy" that makes them winners in the show ring.

Our most recent endeavor is to produce high quality, yet affordable, sporthorse prospects with the conformation, movement, size and beauty of the Warmblood and the unique color patterns and durability of the Appaloosa. Our first crop of Appaloosa-Warmblood crosses is due in early 2005.
